When it comes to gourmet eating, Le Grand Hotel is one of the few hotels on the Croisette to have its own Michelin-starred restaurant. Run by top Chef Hervé Busson who describes his cuisine as based on essentially Mediterranean, seasonal products from France, Italy and Spain, working with local producers.
At the foot of its gardens, Le Grand Hotel Cannes possesses a private beach, La Plage 45, with its own jetty, bar and top-quality restaurant Beefbar. La Plage 45 is welcoming guests of the hotel from April to the end of October.
