  • Regular e-mailings of newsletters to the end customers based in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the richest Russian regions (Perm, Kemerovo, Tomsk, Samara, Tyumen, Krasnodar), London, Kiev. Approximately 1500 e-mail addresses
  • Participation in events for the end customers
  • Organization of sales missions to St. Petersburg, Baku or any other cities of CIS
  • Organization of familiarization trips for Russian and CIS travel agencies
  • Joint events with tour operators
  • Participation in third parties’ events on behalf of hotel
  • Collaboration with partners - private banks, golf clubs, luxury brands
  • Adaptation, translation of collateral materials, brochures, web-sites into Russian
  • Participation in all main travel fairs and showcases
